¾ c Apple Cider Vinegar + ¾ c Cooking Oil (Vegetable)

2 Bags of Nature’s Greens Shredded Collard Greens; Food Lion

 

ORDER TO PUT IN POT:
Water

Apple Cider Vinegar

Ham Hocks

Collard Greens

Vegetable Oil

Williejay’s Collard Greens seasoning pack

 

WELL STIR

PUT LID ON

COOK:
Cook on 8 out of 9 for 3.5 hours covered.

After cooked 2 hours take top off.

After cooked 3 hours turn to 9; Make sure you do not burn it; Watch very closely and taste on the end 30 minutes to see if need more water cooked out to get more flavor-might not need to be cooked the last 30 minutes.
