We need to use Williejay’s The Food Diet scheme to lose weight. He figured out how to lose weight for like the most inhibitors: slow metabolism, medicine that makes you gain weight, loving to eat food (being a foodie), not wanting a plant diet, time it takes to prepare and cost.

You do not have to have his hopefully coming Real Dope food brand to lose weight but we indeed need it. Follow the scheme. Grade schoolers need to be taught to use The Foodie Diet after they graduate, due to their bodies will change.
